Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Implementation & Coordination Wing) has issued the observance of Kashmir Solidarity Day on 20 September 2019 (Friday).
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that the Competent Authority, on receipt of instructions from Federal Government, has desired to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day on 20 September 2019 (Friday) by organizing peaceful March by women on theme “Respect the dignity of women in IOJ&K“, by assembling outside their high school / colleges and work places for half an hour (12:00pm – 12:30pm) carrying banners, pictures and placards highlighting the plight of Kashmir women under occupation and lock-down in IOJ&K. Further necessary action may be taken accordingly.
