Government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration Department has issued the official Notification letter on 10th December, 2019 in connection with meeting regarding demands of all Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA).
I am directed to refer to this department’s letter of even number dated 01-10-2019, 29-11-2019 and subsequent reminder dated 05-12-2019 on the subject noted above and to sate that a notice has been sent from a group of all Pakistan Clerks Association for strike / sit in w.e.f 17-12-2019 at Chief Minister Office, Punjab (copy of charter of demand is enclosed).
It is submitted that on the direction of Competent Authority, a meeting has been scheduled to be held on 16th December, 2019 at 10:30 AM under the Chair of Additional Secretary (Admn), S&GAD in her office chamber, to discuss the demands of all Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA).
It is therefore requested to kindly depute an officer not below the rank of Additional Secretary / Officer of BS-19, also well versed of the matter, to attend the meeting on scheduled date and time.
