Punjab Examination Commission has issued the official Notification letter on 21st January, 2020 in connection with monitoring of Grade-8 PEC Exam 2020.

I am directed to request you to assign the duties of MEAs to monitor the Grade-8 exam 2020. The MEAs will follow the following SOPs during monitoring of Exam Centres to ensure fair, transparent and smooth conduct of exam in letter and spirit:-
1). Visit two exam centres daily.
2). Report at 1st examination centre 30 minutes before the start of paper and stay there at least one and half hour.
3). Visit the second exam centre and stay there till the packing of papers.
4). Give their comments on SF-5 and RIF-1 forms. these forms are available at each exam centre.
5). Send online reports on dally basis through android application.
6). Not take the pictures of question papers at any cost.
7). Ensure the identity of minimum 10 candidates selected randomly.

In case of serious nature of malpractice observed at the exam Centre, the MEAs will submit the report on UMC-1 form to Punjab Examination Commission and District Controller of Examination.
It is further requested to make arrangements of MEAs training which is proposed to be conducted on 30-01-2020 at DMO office concerned.
