Please refer to the subject noted above and to find enclosed herewith two proformas regarding the movement of persons within and to move out from province of the Punjab:

It is requested to take further necessary action regarding the movement of the people, after following the SOPs of Health Department regarding COVID- 19, under intimation to this Department.

How can people get it verified from DC office and who will bear the cost of the test? The drivers who are serving to small freight companies( carrying COViD-19 PPES for delivery to people) going outside cities and province will be in problem, they can’t bear such high charges.
