The Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Cabinet Division has issued the latest announcement on 3rd August 2022 in connection with Muharram 2022 Holidays in Pakistan.

In continuation of Cabinet Division’s circular No. 10-01/2021-Min-Il dated 17th December, 2021. it is for general information that the Prime Minister is pleased to declare 8th to 9th August, 2022 (Monday & Tuesday) as public holidays on the occasion of Ashura (9th & 10th Muharram 1444 AH).
The Press Release may be published in all major English and Urdu Dailies both at National and Regional levels and also be given wide publicity through electronic media.
