Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 2022 Registration
Consent form including Membership fees Rs. 100,000 through registration form, can submit at any branch of Askari Bank or Bank of Punjab before the last date for submission of application is 10th January, 2022.
Under the agreement between FGEHA and HBFC, all the members can avail the facility of loan of 10 to 20 easy installments with less interest
Eligibility Criteria and How To Apply For Naya Pakistan Apartments Registration 2022
♦ Those Federal employees who have got the plot from FGEHA or any other federal department except FGEHA or EHFPRO can submit the application form including fee.
♦ The allotment of new plot will never effect on registration/allotment of their existing plot.
♦ Those employees who have the membership of EHFPRO but did not get any plot, they can apply through Consent Form.
♦ You can download the Consent Form from the official website of Housing Authority www.fgeha.gov.pk
♦ Seniority of membership depends on submission date for apartments scheme.
Note: Fee of Rs.100,000 submitted with consent form is returnable or adjustable in apartment price.

Earlier, PM Khan launched ‘Naya Pakistan Housing Programme’ at a special ceremony in Islamabad. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the target of the government is to ensure the provision of five million affordable houses for underprivileged classes during the next five years.
The PM expressed the confidence that the programme would not help realize the dream of a shelter for the poor but also create employment opportunities. it will also attract local and foreign investment and stimulate about 40 related industries.
