The Board of Revenue, Punjab has issued the latest notification on 10th August 2022 in connection with Creation of New District Wazirabad. I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that the competent authority in Board of Revenue Punjab has been pleased to desire the following information regarding upgradation of tehsil Wazirabad as a new district:

Upgradation of Tehsil Wazirabad As New District

• Location land details for new proposed district.
• Detail of Mauzas. Patwar Circles, Revenue Circles in existing tehsil.
• Detail of Mauzas, Patwar Circles. Revenue Circles alongwith related maps proposed to be included in new district. C.E.O.
• Detailed maps of existing and proposed setup for new proposed district.
• Detail of existing and required staff for new proposed district along with estimated expenditure.
• Expected estimated expenditure on development and non-development side Potential Revenue generation.
• Population
• Area
• Detail of health and education and other public service providing facilities
• No. of Police Stations and Sub-divisions in tehsils in proposed district
• Any other allied information
