1st Step: Visit One Window Center:

2nd Step: 8171 SMS Registration:
When you will receive a reply SMS from 8171 registration center then it means you need to visit your nearest BISP Tehsil office. According to the 8171 SMS, you must bring all the requisite documents which are needed at the time of registration. If you did not received any SMS from 8171 then you dont get worried, you can also visit at Ehsaas Registration center for new registration because the new NSER survey is a available for all the applicants.
3rd Step: Receive Token from Help-Desk:
All the new applicants and old members are requested to visit the NSER Help-Desk where you can get the Token for new registration or updation. You must keep in mind that you should have essential documents to present yourself as a candidate Otherwise, you can face more troubles. The token is basically the starting step of registration and you need to inform when your token number is reached.
4th Step: Wait in Waiting Room for Your Turn:
After receiving the token number from NSER Team, you need to sit at Waiting Room for your turn according to Token number. When you will be called then you have to go for the new step. Keep-in-mind that survey token is provided to those individual who have brought their CNIC and B-Form.
5th Step: Visit At Registration Desk:
When your token number will be announced then you will go to Registration Desk where you will be asked few information about your family. It is also mentioned here that you only provide the correct information otherwise you will be dealt legally. The following questions will be asked from the Registration Desk-I entry;

- Any Dangerous Disease
- Education

- Job/Income Source

When all the information has been received then you will be asked for thumb impression for biometric verification. Afterwards, you will receive a Survey Token and also receive a confirmation sms from 8171. Now the New NSER survey registration is completed.
