Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued the official Notification letter on 25th February, 2020 in connection with NOC for opening of designated account for ADP scheme KPK-TEVTA.

I am directed to refer to your letter No. RO (IND)/1-28/2019/2344 dated 21.02.2020 on the subject noted above and to convey concurrence of the Finance department for opening of designated Bank Accounts (PLS Mode) in Bank of Khyber, KTH Branch, Peshawar in the name of Managing Director, KPK-TEVTA with Director (F&A), KPK-TEVTA newly merged Districts for transaction / execution of the following: –
1. Operational Funds meant for salaries and non-salaries.
2. Development Funds meant for developmental activities.
The aforementioned bank accounts will be operated exclusively for the particular purpose for which it is meant and neither for any other transaction nor to be construed as permission for advance drawls from it. The amounts will be spent from the said account for the purpose for which it is meant subject to observing all codal formalities.

Moreover, the department/authority concerned will be responsible for proper maintenance of accounts and simultaneously to get the said accounts audited as per applicable laws.
The instructions issued vide this department letter No.213(F/L)FD/2019-20/Vol-XIII dated 03.02.2020 may be followed in letter and spirit.
