Government of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department has issued the official Circular on 29th January, 2020 in connection with nomination of medical doctors/pharmacists/paramedics for hajj 2020.

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclose herewith a copy of letter No.3(1)2020-PW dated 23.01.2020 alongwith its enclosures received from Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Islamabad.
It is requested that nomination of suitable Medical Doctors / Pharmacist / Paramedics in accordance with criteria laid down by the Ministry, complete in all respects may be forwarded to this Department by 14.02.2020 without fail. The nominations received after cut date i.e. 14.02.2020 will not be entertained.
The requisite information on the prescribed proformas (3) may be submitted. Any deficiency in the information shall lead to rejection of nominee. The Service and No Objection Certificate should be signed by the concerned Head of Institution / CEO / MS as the case may be.

In addition to the documents mentioned in Para-5 of the enclosed letter appointment order of the nominee may also be forwarded.
