Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Rahim Yar Khan has issued the official notification on 31st March, 2021 in connection with collection of ACR/PER of teachers Officers/Officials Tehsil wise 2021 on given performa.
Notification of Submission of Teachers ACR/PER 2021
Kindly refer to the Directorate of Public Instruction (SE) Punjab, Lahore letter No. 608/Admn-A-4 dated 21-01-2021, 608/Adm-A4 dated 25-01-2021 and No. 1495/Supt (Admn-M) dated 16-02-2021 and in continuation to this office earlier letter No. 974 dated 15.02.2021 on the subject cited above.
The Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department is striving for its best to facilitate officers / officials / teaching staff in order to enhance online options to promote transparent and on merit facility. Therefore in this connection you are directed to complete the ACRs / PERs files in well managed order as per attached format at respective offices mentioned as below:
1). Primary Schools / Elementary Schools (Male & Female)
2). Higher Secondary / High Schools Male & Female
Meanwhile, the ACR/PERs files of Deputy DEO (SE-EE-M&F), Assistant Directors. Assistant Education Officers and Ministerial Staff of all schools and offices will be maintained in the office of District Education Officer (SE). In this connection the following TORs must be observed:
- Maintaining of PERS / ACRs files is the solely responsibility of custodian authority as mentioned in the above table.
- PERs or present post occupied by the teachers / officers / officials lying in promotion zone should be completed accordingly by the custodian authority.
- Teachers Officers / Officials whose PERs are missing and falling in promotion Zone will submit their PERs to concerned Custodian Authority after filling its lace r (Part-I) for further initiation of PERs from initiating officer.
- The teachers / officers / officials who are going to be retired and promotion ” supposed to be due before retirement are exempted.
- All available PERS / ACRs must be arranged year wise as per given format.
- PERs of all PSTS / ESTs will be maintained for last 05 years.
- PERs of all SSTs who are not in promotion zone will be maintained for last (15 years.
- PERs of all SSTs who are falling in the promotion zone will be maintained for the whole service tenure.
- ACR / PERs cells were already established but not functional in this regard all DEOS | DDEOs are directed to functionalize these ACR Cells and also intimate the cell numbers of Focal Persons for quick response.

In view of the above, you are directed to make compliance of the aforementioned directions with true letter and spirit and also submit ACR PER files along with information on prescribed attached Performa in the office of undersigned on 15-04-2021 2.00 PM positively.
