Government of the Punjab Finance Department has issued the official Notification letter on 14th January, 2020 in connection with Disbursement of Pay & Pension January 2020 of Government employees / pensioners of Govt of the Punjab.
In the wake of 01st & 02nd February,2020 (Saturday & Sunday), being gazette holidays, Governor of the Punjab is pleased to approve that pay & pension of Government employees / Pensioners of Government if the Punjab may be disbursed on 31st January, 2020 positively as provided in Note-1 below Rule 5.1 (1) (e), Punjab Financial Rules Vol-1.
You are requested to take further necessary action accordingly for disbursement of pay & pension on 31st January, 2020 positively.
