CEO, Okara has issued the official notification on 3rd May, 2021 in connection with Instructions Regarding Attendance of School Staff and Teachers of public schools district Okara. The further details are given below;
Notification of School Teachers and Staff Attendance 2021
During the video link conference with worthy Special Secretary, govt. of Punjab, School Education Department, on 26/04/2021. Following directions have been issued
- All the Public schools are only closed for students and education activities have been banned.
- Teaching and non-teaching staff of public schools will attend the public schools on rotations basis in alternative days.
- Non-Teaching activities like, uploading the Anti-Dengue activities, Enrollment Drive, cleanliness drive, B-Form Entries and other infrastructural enhancement will be continued and updated regularly.
- Covid-19 SOPs will be observed by all present staff / teachers strictly, violation will be dealt under infection disease ordinance 2020.
You are hereby directed to circulate the instruction to all the Heads of Public institutions under your purview. All the instructions must be observed strictly. All field monitoring officers will ensure the compliance of the above said directions in true letter and spirit. Laxity / Non-Compliance in this regard will not be tolerated and action will be taken under rules.
