Government of Khyber Pakhtunkwa Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department has issued the official circular letter on 5th March, 2020 in connection with notification of M.Phil & PhD Allowance For Professors/Lecturers KPK.
No.SO(C-II)/HED/20-2/2018: In pursuance of Finance Department circular letter No.FD/SO(SR-II)/8-4/2016, dated 14.07.2016 & No. FD (SOSR-II)8-14/2015 dated 14.07.2015, sanction is hereby accorded to the grant of M.Phil Allowance @ Rs.2,500/- per month and PhD. allowance @ 10,000/- per month is favour of the following Officers as per their required degrees of M.Phil & PhD. with effect from 03.03.2020, in terms of Finance Department’s advice letter No. FD(SOSR-II)/8-14/18 dated 19.11.2018, subject to fulfillment of all codal formalities.
The M. Phil Allowance will not be admissible to those who are getting PhD. Allowance @ Rs. 10,000/- per month and to those who have already got the benefit of advance increments possessing/ acquiring M. Phil degree prior to 01/12/2001 under Finance Department circular letter No. FD.(SR-I)/1-67/82 dated 24.08.1983.
