Headquarters National Database and Registration Authority, Ministry of Interior Islamabad has issued the official circular letter on 17th March, 2020 in connection with notification of NADRA regarding extension in CNIC.
It is hereby notified that the validity of National Identity Cards (CNIC) that have expired since 1 Sept 2019 and are due to expire by 30th June 2020, shall be deemed to be valid till 1st July, 2020.
The same may be communicated to all applicants visiting NADRA Offices for the purpose of renewal of their National Identity Cards and to all relevant stakeholders.
