Chief Executive Officer (DEA), District Rahim Yar Khan has issued the official Notification letter on 25th November, 2019 in connection with opening new primary schools in Kacha Areas.
Please find enclosed herewith a copy of notification No. SO(I&C) 1-67/2019 dated 19-011-2019 received from the Deputy Secretary (I&C), Government of the Punjab, Service & General Administration Department Lahore with the request to submit your recommendation as per terms of reference (TORs) of committee relating to your department within 7 days positively. Accordingly you are directed to explore the possibility of opening new primary schools in the Kacha areas of your respective wing keeping in view population of the area, accessibility, No of school going children and availability of land.
You are further directed to submit recommendations whether prescribed recruitment process should be followed or it may be relaxed in the said area. Your recommendation must reach the under signed within 03 days positively for onward submission to High-Ups.
