Millitary Accountant General has issued the official notification on 27th May, 2021 in connection with Promotion of Below BS-11 Employees As Junior Auditor (BS-11) on qualification basis in PMAD.
PMAD Promotion as Auditor on Qualification Basis 2021
On the recommendations of DPC, MAG has been pleased to approve the promotion of 36x Below BS-11 employees enlisted in Annexure ‘A’ to this letter as Junior Auditor (BS-11), in an officiating capacity and until further orders. Promotion of these officials will take effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post of Junior Auditor (BS-11).

The said promotion is being made on the basis of acquiring “Graduation” qualification and computer literacy certificates. Hence, original Degrees / Certificates of these officials must be got verified by office from Higher Education Commission/ Institutions respectively before notifying the causality and a certificate in this regard may please be forwarded to this office over the signature of Controller.
It may be ensured that all of them are borne on the effective strength of your office on the date of their promotion. The individuals who are on deputation will not be promoted until their repatriation/reversion to the department. Similarly, the individuals who have been removed/ retired/ dismissed or resigned from service or those who are under suspension will not be promoted.
The officials so promoted as Junior Auditor (BS-11) will remain on probation for a period of one year (commencing from the date of issue of your office orders) and cases of individual if not found suitable for retention in the cadre of JA (BS-11) may be referred to this office for further orders.

Mr. Ejaz Ahmed depicted at Sr.# 36, of Annexure “A” is an appointee of 17-12-2015. Please ensure that no graduate official of below BS-11 junior to him has been promoted as JA (B-11) and senior has been omitted.
Further necessary action to notify the promotion orders may please be taken accordingly and two copies of office order may be endorsed to this office in the usual manner. Please acknowledge receipt.
