Office of the Attorney General for Pakistan has issued the official Notification letter on 20th February, 2020 in connection with resignation of attorney general of Pakistan.
I note with significant lament that the Pakistan Bar Council, of which I am the Chairman, has requested through its Press Release dated 19th of February 2020 that I leave forthwith from the Office of the Attorney-General for Pakistan.
Being an actual existence individual from Karachi Bar Association, Sindh Bar Association and the Supreme Court Bar Association, and having recently filled in as the Advocate General Sindh, the Attorney General for Pakistan and an appointed authority of the High Court of Sindh, I remain with my siblings and partners at the Bar and I wish to reaffirm my confidence in the most noteworthy standards of trustworthiness and expert greatness that the Pakistan Bar Council has consistently represented.
As needs be, I therefore leave the situation of the Attorney General for Pakistan and solicitation you to acknowledge it with prompt impact. In the most recent eighteen months, I attempted as well as could be expected to serve this grave office with the genuineness of direction, and promise to maintaining the constitution.
I wish my successor the absolute best of accomplishment and supplicate that God may keep on showering His endless gifts on our homeland and country.
