You are hereby directed to ensure the earliest compliance of complaints lodged on Pakistan Citizen Portal, SED Hotline & manual as well. You are also bound to respond and communicate to the Focal person of complaints cell via whatsApp at the very first instance for the earliest resolution of complaints.
You are once again directed to submit the action taken report of all the complaints assigned to you by the concerned Focal Person within Three Days positively without any delay.
