Punjab Government, Services & General Administration Department has issued the official notification on 29th April, 2021 in connection with Notification of Submission of Working Papers under Punjab Civil Servants.
Submission of Working Papers Under Retirement From Service Rules 2021
The Rule 6(1) of the Punjab Civil Servants (Directory Retirement from Service) Rules, 2021 requires each department to maintain a list of civil servants who have completed twenty years’ service. Moreover, the Rule 6(2) ibid provides for performance review of all civil servants by the Retirement Board.
I am, therefore, directed to request you to submit working paper of all civil servants who have completed twenty years’ service for performance review by the Retirement Board under the provisions of rules ibid within 10 days positively, alongwith a certificate duly signed by the Administrative Secretary that the list of officers is complete in all respects.
