Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit, Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme (PMIU-PESRP) has issued the official Notification letter on 26th December, 2019 in connection with NSB Financial reporting application in SIS Punjab.
In continuation of this office letter No. PESRP/DA/2019/18123 dated 15th July, 2019 on the subject cited above wherein it was requested to enter NSB data step by step in order to ensure correct entry of NSB data in SIS. As a first step, schools were required to enter the bank details and opening balances as of I” July 2019.
It has been observed with great concern that some schools have still not entered the bank details and opening balances in SIS. All schools are requested to enter the correct bank account details and opening bank balances in SIS on immediate basis.
Please note that schools are now allowed to enter dam related to expenses and receipts as well. Hence, all schools are requested to enter the data related to NSB receipts as well as expenditures of Quarter I starting from July 1st, July.
All the CEOs/DMOs are required to extend full support to schools while recording the entries in NSB Financial Reporting Application in SIS Punjab to ensure correct reporting of NSB data.
