National Transmission & Despatch Co. Ltd has issued the official Notification letter on 29th November, 2019 in connection with NTDC employees performance bonus approval.

Approval of Performance Bonus

The Board of Directors National Transmission & Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) in its 156th meeting held on 29-11-2019 against agenda item No.08 has unanimously resolved and approved the grant of Performance Bonus for the Financial Year 2018-2019 to serving NTDC employees for the Financial Year 2018-2019 including those on daily wages, contingent, contract and package-based employees as under;

Conditions for Grant of Bonus

  • Minimum three (3) months service is required to be eligible for grant of Bonus during the Financial year 2018-2019 in NTDC.
  • Employees having more than three (3) months service but less than a complete year will get the performance Bonus at pro data basis as per their service in NTDC during the Financial year 2018-2019 for each completed month above three months threshold.
  • Package based employees will get Performance Bonus equal to maximum basic pay of their respective/equivalent pay scales.
  • Those employees who are invited in serious acts of misconduct viz. embezzlement, fraud and unethical acts etc. are not entitled for grant of bonus.
  • Those employees who were on extraordinary leave or were on deputation / study abroad or elsewhere in the Financial year 2018-2019 are not eligible for the performance bonus.

Note:- In case of any anomaly in the calculation of upper limit of any employee for the bonus then the Managing Director is authorized to rectify/resolve the same and adjust the limit accordingly.
