District Education Authority, Mandi Bahauddin, Chief Executive Office has issued the official Notification letter on 23 October, 2019 in connection with observance Black Day for solidarity with Kashmir on 27th October, 2019.

Reference to the subject cited above; it has been directed by the Services and General Administration Department, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore (Copy Enclosed), concerned heads of Govt. Institutions for observance of Black Day on 27th October, 2019, to show solidarity with Kashmiri People against inhuman occupation in Kashmir.
“BLACK DAY” on 27th October, 2019 shall be observed in true letter an spirit and pictorial evidences shall be provided accordingly.
