The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) District Education Authority Multan has issued the official notification on 25th October 2023 in connection with Observance of 27th October as BLACK-DAY in all schools of Pakistan.

We all are aware of the fact that people of Pakistan observe 27th October as BLACK DAY in order to highlight human rights violation and excessive use of force by Indian Government in Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir after the unilateral, illegal and unjustified abrogation of Constitutional status of IOJ&K. For the purpose, following events/activities) shall be carried in all schools (public/private) in Multan:
- Conduct of debates and declamation contests
- Exhibitions
- Seminars
You are, therefore, requested to disseminate directions to lower formation/heads of schools for conduct of above-said events/activities in schools (Public/Private) on 27th October, 2023 to observe ‘Black Day’ which shall enthusiastically be participated by teachers and students at all levels. Action taken report alongwith activities-based snaps, shall be furnished to this office through email or whatsapp on 27-10-2023 till 03:00 PM without fail.
