Online Leave Portal

Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department has issued the official Notification letter on 18th April, 2020 in connection with online leave portal.

The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department is making efforts to facilitate the health professionals by providing information at their door step. For the purpose, this department has already developed online HRMIS portal, Online Leave Portal (Le ex-Pakistan Leave for 30 days only), Online NOC Portal Online Retirement Portal which is operational across Punjab.

Taking a step forward, the competent authority has now decided that all of Ex-Pakistan Leaves, Earned Leaves & Extra Ordinary Leaves may please be sent through this online portal starting from 20.04.2020 (Monday). It is pertinent to mention here that all such leaves received through this online portal shall only be entertained w.e.f 20.04.2020. Manual submission of these type of leaves shall not be considered. This initiative has been taken only to facilitate health professionals.

Therefore, you are requested to submit all such leaves through this online portal. Verification of all relevant documents for leave shall be the responsibility of the respective Head of Institute/Hospital. It is further requested that while submitting online leave application, please ensure proper filing of online application form to avoid any mistake as the leave orders will be generated online accordingly as per information provided.
