Pakistan Citizen Portal Complaints Guidelines 2021

Prime Minister’s Office, Islamabad has issued the official Notification letter on 20th January, 2020 in connection with Pakistan Citizen Portal complaints guidelines 2021 user’s manual and suggestions handling.

Reference is invited to this Office of even number dated 19th July, 2019 and to state that the subject Manual has been amended with approval of the Competent Authority and duly up-loaded on all dashboards of Pakistan Citizen’s Portal (PCP).

The amended edition (3rd) of the Manual provides further classification in a number of areas and guidelines about a number of newly added features.

All amendments and editions have been highlighted in “Red Colour Font” for convenience. However, significant amendments are listed as follows:

Keeping in view the above, it is desired to convey that instructions in this regard shall be circulated to all concerned to carefully read the manual and follow the same in letter & spirit, please.

Pakistan Citizen Portal Complaints Guidelines 2020

Government of the Punjab services & General Administration Department has issued the official Notification on 27th January in connection with PCP – user’s guidelines manual for complaints and suggestion’s handing (3rd Edition January, 2020).

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above. Enclosed herewith a copy of P.M’s Office U.O.No.1(2)DS(PMDU)/18 (INS) dated 20-01-2020 received from Deputy Secretary (PMDU) Prime Minister’s Office.

Islamabad for strict compliance and lower formations may also be directed to implement the above in letter and spirit. This matter may be accorded TOP-PRIORITY.

Government of the Punjab School Education Department has issued the official Notification on 7th February, 2020 in connection with Pakistan Citizen Portal Complaints user’s guidelines manual for complaints and suggestion’s handing (3rd Edition January, 2020).

Kindly find enclosed herewith a copy of letter No. SO(Complaints)81/2018(P-I) dated 27-01-2020, received from Section Officer(Complaints) / In-charge (PMDU) Punjab along with PM’s Office Letter No. 1 (2) DS(PMDU)/18 (INS) dated 20th January, 2020, regarding subject cited above.

You are therefore, requested to follow / observe the Pakistan Citizen Portal – Users Guidelines Manual (3rd Edition, January, 2020) in true letter and spirit.
