Punjab Examination Commission has issued the official notification on 30th June 2021 in connection with PEC SBA and Distribution of Report Cards To Students. The further details are given below;
School-Based Assessment and Report Card 2021
Punjab Examination Commission highly acknowledges the support rendered by CEOs, DEA in implementation of School Based Assessment (SBA) 2021. The conduct was very smooth and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures manifests that SBA has been institutionalized. A number of schools across Punjab were also visited for facilitation as well as feedback and it is overwhelmingly noticed that schools were using itembank for construction of papers.
The timeline notified for conduct of SBA also includes date for preparation and distribution of report cards, based upon the grading of students and sharing feedback to the parents about their child performance.
All the CEOs, DEOs, Dy DEOs, and AEOs are requested to kindly arrange functions at least one school under their leadership at district, tehsil and markaz level for distribution of report cards by inviting students, parents, school council members, and widely publicize the results of SBA. Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated.
