Islamabad high court has issued the circular on 20th December, 2019 in connection with Petitioner/Appellant Provide Soft Copy of Petition rules 2020.
The Hon’ble Administration Committee in its meeting held on 06-12-2019 pleased to pass the following directions/decision:
No petition/appeal will be entertained until the petitioner/appellant provides a soft copy of petition/appeal and annexures (scanned) along with hard copy to the office at the time of fresh filing.
The learned members of the Bar are therefore requested that fresh filing may be made in soft copy with scanned documents/annexures w.e.f. 15-01-2020 failing which the petition/appeal will be held under objection and will not be entertained.
