PHA Housing Scheme for Govt Employees (BPS-01 To BPS-22)

Pakistan Housing Authority has announced PHA housing scheme for Govt employees (BPS-01 To BPS-22) in I-12/1 Sector Islamabad. These apartments are under the quota system of Federal Government employees. The amount of houses are very reasonable compared to the market price. All of these apartments are available on “First Come and First Serve Basis“.

PHA Apartments Booking Procedure 2021

• The employees can download the payment schedule and PHA membership form along with the application form from the Pakistan Housing Authority.
• The Federal Government employees have to deposit separate Rs. 5000/- for membership.
• You can select an apartment and floor that is available.
• The department will do the booking @ 15% of the total cost and the remaining payment the employees will pay in 12 quarterly installments.
