Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company and Department of Industries Commerce & Technical Education, Government of KPK has issued the official announcement throughout advertisement regarding the sale of Plots on Installments: Bannu Peshawar Economic Zone Phase-I with 30% down payment only. The overall discount on plots are 01% on lumpsum payment. The extra 10% will be charged if you will select the corner plot.

Applicants with previous industrial background will be given preference. Applicants willing to pay lumpsum will be given preference. The online application with complete documentation will be accepted. The closing date for application along with documentation is 21st November 2021.

• Rs.10,000/- non-refundable bank draft in the name of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company

Payment Plant:

• Total Area: 260 Acre, Saleable Area 210 Acres
• Plot price Rs. 7.25 million per Acre
• 30% Down Payment, Remaining in three equal quarterly installments (12 months)
• 10% discount on lumpsum payment
• 10% additional charges on corner plot
