Government of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department has issued the official notification letter on 8th November, 2019 in connection with posting of clerks and store keepers in THQ & DHQ Hospitals by the district Health Authorities against already abolished posts.
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Competent Authority has noticed with concern that the Clerks / Store Keepers are being posted by the concerned District Health Authority in the DHQ / THQ Hospitals despite the facts that these posts have been abolished in the said hospitals. Therefore, it has been desired that postings order of these Clerks Store Keepers be got withdrawn forthwith.
I am further directed to convey that the posting orders of Clerks Store Keepers in the DHQ THQ Hospitals where these posts have been abolished, may be withdrawn immediately to avoid administrate complications and a compliance report along with circumstances which forced the District Heath Authority concerned for posting of these staff in the DHQ / THQ Hospital may be furnished to this department within week positively.
