The Punjab Government, School Education Department has issued the official notification on 14th January 2022 in connection with Pre-Budget Meeting of School Education Department Punjab 2022 to be held on 18-01-2022 to 20-01-2022.
Notification of Pre-Budget Meeting of School Education Department 2022
I am directed to inform that Special Secretary, School Education Department will hold review meetings of ADP 2021-22 starting from 18.01.2022 to 20.01.2022 in the Committee room of School Education Department as per following details:-

I am further directed to request you to attend the subject meeting (In person alongwith relevant XEN Buildings) on prescribed date and time. Following agenda items will be discussed:
- Pre-budget discussion.
- Mid-year budget review on SMDP Portal.
- Budget Detail of Insaf Afternoon Schools Programme (till date expenditures and future requirements.)
- Last 5-years ADP releases / expenditures of individual & blocks schemes.
Note: All information may kindly be up-dated on SMDP Portal well before the 15th January 2022 and intimate School Education Department and each district will submit signed copies of all relevant documents.
