Directorate of Public Instruction (SE) Punjab has issued the official notification 2020, 9th October in connection with preparation of promotion cases from BS-19 to BS-20 (Male – General Cadre).
You are aware of the fact that the cases of officers of BS-19 (Male – General Cadre) upto seniority No. 277, out of notified seniority list of BS-19 corrected upto 31-12-2017 have been submitted to School Education Department for placing before Provincial Selection Board-I for their promotion to BS-20, Now it has been decided to prepare promotion cases upto seniority No. 350, so that the cases remain available at the time of preparation of working paper as and when vacancies occur / become vacant due to one reason or the other.
You are requested to prepare the promotion cases of officers of BS-19 (Male – General Cadre), relating to your District upto seniority No. 350 out of notified seniority list of BS-19 (Male – General Cadre), corrected upto 31-12-2017 as per new promotion policy 2010 against the resultant vacancies in BS-20 or to be vacated in near future.
