National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) has announced officially on 21st November, 2019 in connection with Prime Minister Kamyab Jawan Program 2021, to conduct training courses of 3 and 6 months in following two categories.


Category-1 Training of Kamyab Jawan Programme 2021


Training in High-Tech Trades & Emerging Technologies across Pakistan

Objectives: This category of training programme aims

  1. To provide practical training to the youth in the most demanded and highly employable high-tech trades and emerging technologies to enable them to seek employment in national and international market.
  2. To enable youth to enter freelancing market to fetch decent income and increase foreign remittance for Pakistan.
  3. To equip the youth with the skills in the fields like Artificial Intelligence. Robotics. Mechatronics. Instrumentation, Automation, Cloud Computing, Android/ lOS Application, Advanced Programming/ Coding, Gaming Technologies, Digital Marketing, Electronics, lOT, Data Mining etc.
  4. To provide and support domestic industries for converting their operations into automated production.
  5. To enable Pakistani youth to enter into global business through E-Commerce and digital marketing.
  6. To open new windows of opportunities for youth to create their own business through entrepreneurship initiatives and self-employment.

Criteria/ Conditions to apply:

  • Registered/ affiliated (with provincial TEVTA/ NTB/ BTE/ TTB/ HEC/ PEC/ Chamber of Commerce & Industry) public and private sector state-of-the-art-institutes. universities and industry having capacity to fulfill the objectives outlined above are encouraged to submit their expression of interest formally on prescribed format. Accredited institutes with the NAVTTC will be given preference.

Training for Less Develop Areas in Traditional Trades / Occupations


Objectives: This category of training programme aims;

  1. To empower youth belonging to less developed areas of Southern Punjab. Rural Sindh, and newly merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Ex-FATA) Baluchistan. Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. The priority districts will be opted on the basis of lowest ranking in Human Development Index (HDI).
  2. To provide practical training to youth in demand driven trades in traditional technologies/ occupations enabling them to seek employment at home and abroad.
  3. To open new windows of opportunities for youth to create their own business through entrepreneurship initiatives and self-employment.
  4. To provide and support domestic industries through providing skilled workforce in accordance with their requirements.
  5. To reduce unemployment and poverty in the less developed areas.

How To Apply For Prime Minister Kamyab Jawan Program 2021


a). Applicant institute/ industry/ university is required to apply for relevant category fulfilling specified conditions in each category on prescribed format available at www.navttc.org

b). Applicant institute/ industry/ university is also required to apply on NAVTTC’s online portal i.e. www.navttc.org [online submission will be closed at 12:00 (midnight) 5th December 2019].

c). The applicant institutes must clearly mention Name of institute/ industry/ university with complete address by mentioning the District. Division and name of trades in which training will be offered.

d). The information should also include full particulars of applicant institutes on envelop categorically writing applications for category 1 or 2 training.

e). Training proposals will be assessed (operationally/ financially) upon strength of proposal and assessed capacity of institutes and industry.

f). The hardcopy of filled Assessment Form along with the training proposal on prescribed format and supporting documentary evidence must also reach at below mentioned respective Regional Offices at provincial level, clearly mentioning category of training on the envelope.

General Terms & Conditions


  • NAVTTC reserves the rights to reject incomplete/ deficient training proposal or not supported with requisite documents.
  • The process shall be governed under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules.
  • NAVTTC reserves the rights to reject any application prior to the acceptance on the basis of NAVTTC’s prescribed criteria.
  • The applicant institute/ industry/ university possessing boarding & lodging facilities must clearly specify the capacity & requisite provisions along with photographs.
  • EoI/ applications will be opened at 1400 hours on the same date in concerned NAVTTC Regional Offices located at below mentioned addresses.
  • If in case any applicant organization is found guilty of misrepresenting/ forged information of the facts will be proceeded as per law.
  • Black listed institutes are not allowed to apply.

Boarding & Lodging:

NAVTTC will also provide boarding/lodging facilities to youth in only deserving cases. The applicant Institute possessing Boarding & Lodging facilities must clearly specify the capacity & requisite provisions along with photographs.
