Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Welfare Wing) has issued the official Notification letter on 25th October, 2019 in connection with proposal by Kashmir Cell-use of arm band on each Friday.
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has been pleased to approve the proposal of Kashmir Cell and desired that all the employees working in govt. departments may be instructed to wear black arm band entitled #I AM KASHMIR.
It is therefore requested that all the government employees may be directed to wear black arm band in line with the directions of Prime Minister of Pakistan on each Friday in order to show solidarity with the Kashmiries.
