Government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration Department (Section Personnel-II) has issued the official Notification letter on 10th February, 2020 in connection with provision of data for health insurance programme of employees of Punjab Government.
I am directed to refer to Section (Service-I), S&GAD’s letter No.SI.12.1/2001(B)(Vol.I), dated 01-10-2019 on the subject noted above and to request to provide the requisite data on the prescribed performa (Hard & Soft copy) pertaining to Superintendents, Assistants, Senior Clerks and Junior Clerks belonging to cadre strength of S&GAD, working in your department, at the earliest.
