District Education Officer (SE), Attock has issued the letter to all the Heads of institutions, Govt. Boys/Girls High/Higher Secondary Schools and the DEO (EE-W/M) in the District Attock on 23rd October, 2019 in connection with provision of personal file of officers in BS-16 & above (SST, SS, SSS, SR. HM/DY. DEOS & Principal).
As per direction received from the Secretary Education school education department Punjab, Lahore regarding ,Preparation of personal file / dossier of officer.
You are requested to please provide the personal files along with Bio Data Form (copy attached) of the all officers regular & contract BS-16 & above i.e (SST, SS, SSS, Sr. HM / Dy. DEOs & Principal) working under your control to this office on or before 26-10-2019 positively.
Note:- This will be permanent office record. Therefore, file cover should be of good quality, bearing Name, Designation and place of posting (in Block Letters) outside of the file cover.
