The Administrative Officer Benevolent Fund has announced latest Punjab Benevolent Fund scholarship 2023-24 registration opened for the children of In-service or Retired and Late Government employees. The scholarships will be awarded for those children who have passed matriculation or higher examination with a minimum of 60% marks and are enrolled in higher classes. The application forms for the Benevolent fund Punjab scholarships can be submitted from August 01, 2023, to August 31, 2023. The new advertisement of Punjab Benevolent Scholarship 2023 have been officially published.
The applications are invited through updated Punjab Benevolent Fund Form 2023 from all the Govt employees having four categories are eligible to apply;
- In-Service
- Retired
- Disable
- In Case of Death
Punjab Benevolent Fund Scholarships 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Only two children of In-service and retired Punjab Govt. employees are eligibility to apply. Those children/students have passed his/her Matric or Higher exam with at least 60% marks and studying in next class. Although, any student is studying in special education intuition, then three children can apply for this scholarship.

In case of Death or Disability, also three (3) children are eligible to apply for scholarship. In case of died employees, children can apply for both Middle & Matric scholarships.

- Student’s CNIC or B-form – Copy
- CNIC of Copy (Father & Mother) *[In case of Death, Copy of guardian’s CNIC]*
- Attested Copy of Salary Slip *(Latest Pay Slip of the Year 2022) of In-Service employees / Retired employees (Female or Male) can use attested copy of pension book (PPO)
- Copy of Student’s Result card for the Year 2022 (with at least 60% or higher marks *Proof) from Board/University (*Students are in-eligible, In case any subject is failed or absent) and Copy of downloaded result card from internet is not acceptable.
- Add Ledger No. on application form and copy of Sanction Letter in case of Monthly Grant
- In case of students/children of Private Educational Institutions, certificate of recognition of Board/University and Registration No for the Year 2022-23.
