Birth Registration Of A Child in Jail 2024
The Jail Superintendent shall facilitate the mother of the child to report the birth of the child within sixty days of birth to the concerned registration office on Form-A (Child Birth Registration Form), with his covering letter.
- The concerned registration office shall issue a certificate to the applicant on same day.
- Entry shall be made in red ink in the concerned register.
