Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued the summary for Chief Minister Sindh in connection Regularization of Contract Doctors Summary Health Department Sindh.
Finance Department endorses the observations of Secretary (Services) SGA&CD, as contained in Para 9 & 10 above. Further, the Committee may be advised to re-examine the entire issue and make recommendations for regularization in the light of advertisement and minutes of the selection committee at time of contract appointment.
Committee may also examine the relevant provision of “The Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma at Karachi Act, 2018” before recommending regularization of contract Doctors appointed for Trauma Center. Honourable Chief Minister Sindh, may like to approve para 12, above.
