Regularization of Headmasters/Headmistresses Punjab

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued the official Notification order on 11th December, 2019 in connection with Regularization of Headmasters/Headmistresses HIC, PHC, MCC and VIC Field BS-18.

No.SO(Estt.)9-8/2019. Pursuant to the provisions contained in the Punjab Regularization of Service Act, 2018 & the Punjab Regularization of Service (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 the service of the following Headmasters/Headmistresses HIC, PHC, MCC and VIC Field BS-18 recruited on contract basis under the provision of the contract appointment policy, 2004 on the recommendation of Punjab Public Service Commission; are hereby regularized, with immediate effect:

The above appointments are subject to the conditions that:

i). They are citizens of Pakistan and are domiciled in the Punjab.

ii). They posses the qualification and experience as prescribed in the relevant service rules of the post.

iii). They are not married to foreign nationals.

iv). Their services will be governed under the Punjab Civil Servants Act,  1974 and the rules framed there-under and instructions / orders issued by the Punjab Government from time to time.

v). The above appointees upon their regular appointment will remain on probation in terms of section 5 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 and rule 7 in terms Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment and Conditions of Services ) Rules, 1974.

vi). Their period of service as contract employees will not be counted for any purpose (pension, gratuity, leave, etc.). The salary component of such employees will be in accordance with the pay scale plus the usual allowances prescribed for the post against which they are now social security benefit in lieu of pension or any other pay package being drawn by them.
