Schools Reopening in Pakistan 2021 Notification

The Notification related to the schools reopening in Pakistan 2021 in three phases decision has been officially issued. The hectic decision regarding schools reopening 2021 is taken due to the loss in study of the past year but here is one thing missing which is Corona (Covid-19) situation is getting worse than the past year. Schools reopening schedule 2021 are divided in three phased but the most respectable teachers are called before the first phase.

If the decision of schools reopening after lockdown are taken under pressure then the situation can be more worse because this year, we are not fighting with corona although securing the political situation.


Schools Reopening in Pakistan 2021 – Three Phases


  • Teachers and the process of online learning will be start from 11th January.
  • The classes of 9th and 12th (Reopening of High Schools) would be start from 18th January 2021.
  • The class-1 to class-8 (Reopening of Primary Schools) are going to start from 25th January, 2021.
  • The reopening of universities and colleges would be start from the 1st Feb, 2021.

Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood chaired the meeting of NCOC otherwise the provincial ministers was also available in the meeting through video link. The final decision regarding the reopening of schools was taken after advice from the health ministry on the matter.


Decision of Boards Exams After Schools Reopening 2021


All dates above are subject to regular COVID-19 health status review and updates. All Examination boards have agreed to hold Board exams in the month of May and Early June 2021, to compensate for the academic losses and coverage of syllabus. All concerned departments are requested to issue notifications for implementation of the above decisions.
