Government of the Punjab, Communication & Works Department has issued the official Notification letter on 14th November, 2019 in connection with scrutiny committee to redress of grievances of Associate Engineers/ Sub Engineers.
No. SOE.III(C&W)8-2/2019: Competent Authority has been pleased to constitute the following scrutiny committee to redress of grievances of the Association of Associate Engineers/ Sub Engineers Welfare Association of C&W Department.

TORs of the Committee
a). The committee will put up its recommendations / proposals for upgradation of post of Sub Engineers from BS-14 to BS-16 and time scale promotion in the same post instead of same scale.
b). Promotions of B.Tech Hon’s / B.Sc Engineering Technologist from BPS-17 to 18 as Executive Engineer.
c). Service structure of all categories of Engineering Technologists.
Note:-
Following representatives of the Sub Engineers Welfare Association of Associate Engineer will also assist / give input to the Committee for formulation of recommendations.
