Office of the Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Multan has issued the office Notification letter on 16th January, 2020 in connection with senior clerks promotion notification 2020 Multan.

Consequent upon the approval of the District Departmental Promotion Committee of the School Education Department /DEA, Multan, held on 14-01-2020 under the chairmanship of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Multan.
The Following Senior Clerks (BS-14) are hereby promoted as Head Clerk / Assistant in BS-16 and as such posted / adjusted as Head Clerk / Assistant against the post in the office mentioned against their name with effect from the date on which he joins:
The promotion shall he subject to the following conditions:-
1). In case of the official fails to join his new assignment within 15 days after issuance of orders, he will be deemed to have foregone his promotion.

2). The inter se seniority of the above official shall be fixed in accordance with Section-7 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 read with Rule-8 of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment and Conditions of Service Rules, 1974.
