Office of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Vehari has issued the official Notification letter on 26 October, 2019 in connection with Show Cause-Cum-Personal Hearing against SST teachers of Govt Islamai High School vehari under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability (PEEDA) Act, 2006.
WHEREAS, the undersigned as Competent Authority, under the Punjab Employees Efficiency Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006 in due consideration of the facts, there are sufficient grounds to proceed against you on the following charges:
Misconduct
“A complaint was lodged on Pakistan citizen portal regarding tuition classes in your school by you after school hours and charging of tuition fees amounting to Rs 1000 from each student which is serious violation of Govt. Rules and Regulations. The complainant further stated that you do not take keen interest in teaching the students during school hours.”
AND WHEREAS, the undersigned is of the opinion that it is not necessary to hold an enquiry into the matter in view of the provisions contained In Section 5 (I) (b) of the Act, Ibid. It is, therefore, proposed against you under section 7 (b) read with section 5 (I) (a) of Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006.
NOW THEREFORE, You are offered an opportunity of Personal Hearing terms of Section 7(d) of the Act in the office of the undersigned on 28th October, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
In case you desire to consult any record on which the aforesaid charges are based or are relevant to the aforesaid charges; you may do so with prior arrangement with the undersigned within 03 days of the receipt of this office.
