Sindh Government, Finance department has issued the official announcement on 21st April, 2021 in the DAWN newspaper through which asks Citizens Recommendations for Budget 2021-22.


Participatory Form of Budgeting Citizens Budget 2021-22


Finance Department, Government of Sindh has initiated the Participatory Form of Budgeting (Citizens Budget) in the province. The Participatory form of Budgeting (Citizens Budget) is widely practiced social accountability tool in which citizens are engaged in budgetary processes. Government believes, it is the people’s money, therefore let the people decide, how and where this money should be spent.

Finance Department, Government of Sindh requests all Citizens of the province to give recommendations for the Budget 2021-22. The people Government strongly believes in participations of its citizens in policy formulation and budget making.

  6. Tax Facilitation
  7. Economic Measure
  8. Revenues

Citizens can download the prescribed recommendations format from Finance Department website and share the same through following email/ postal address latest by April 30, 2021, to be incorporated in next year’s budget.
