Government of Sindh Education Foundation has announced latest scholarship opportunity at NVJ Higher Secondary School inclusive of hostel facility regarding (SSESP) sindh school education scholarship program 2020-21.
Salient Features
a). The Program will finance post-primary education from Grade 9 to Grade 12.
b). Selection is completely based on merit
c). Students will be financed for the cost of tuition, uniform, learning material. boarding & lodging and stipend.
Eligibility Criteria
a). The student must be studying in Grade-8th (bonafide) student of SE&LD School given he/she has studied in any SE&LD School for the last three academic years at least GR Number and Photocopy of the GR Page attested by concerned District Education Officer (DEG); School Leaving Certificate] Pass Certificate will be required at the time of admission.
b). The student must be a resident of respective divisions as mentioned above. Student’s Form-B / Father’s Domicile and copy of Father’s CNIC will be required at the time of admission.
How To Apply
a). The Registration Form (for the Entry Test) is available at http://njv.edu.pk/sef
b). Applicants are required to attach Pay Order of As. 500/- (non-refundable) as application processing fee, in favor of concerned institutions Bank Account Title as given below:

c). Completely filled in Registration form duly endorsed by the concerned Head Teacher (as per the requirements contained therein) along with 8 passport size pictures and the original Pay Order must be submitted in hard form at NJV Higher Secondary School, M.A Jinnah Road, Karachi by courier or by hand.
In case the submitted Registration Forms are not duly filled In, and/or fail to meet the requisite criteria, such Forms will be rejected.
Entry Test
a. The Entry Test shall comprise of MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) & SAQ (Short Answer Questions) type questions, (the subjects Include; English (33%), Math (34%) & Science (33%).
b. The Entry Test will assess the candidates on the basis of required competencies in the above mentioned subjects at Grade VIII level in accordance with the National Curriculum (course stream of Sindh Text Book Board)

d). The shortlisted applicants for test will be informed about the venue, Roll number and test date via SMS on mobile number given in the Registration Form and through the website
e). Pay order Copy will serve as an entry card to the test venue.

Interview
Shortlisted candidates for Sindh school education scholarship program 2020-21 will have to go through an interview conducted by concerned Institution.
Important Note:
a). This opportunity is being offered to the interested eligible candidates from all the Districts of Sindh except for Karachi.
b). District wise Merit Lists will be drawn up whereby equal number of candidates (studying in SE&LD Schools) will be selected from each district against a total number of 46 seats.
c). The admission will be subject to the verification of Photocopy of the GR Page by concerned Head Teacher & Taluka Education Officer (TEO), Father’s Domicile/Form-B, copy of Father’s (NIC and School leaving Certificate/Pass Certificate.
d). This advertisement is not meant for the students from SEF Assisted Schools, as they will be sent to the NJV HSS as per their results in the Annual Assessment conducted by SEF in the order of merit. In that case one student from every district except Karachi will be selected given he/she has a documentary proof that he/she has studied In any SEF School for the last three academic years at least. Procedure will be
communicated by SEF in due course of time.
e). Selected students’ parents will sign an undertaking with SEF that their son/daughter will continue their education up to Grade 12 under the Scholarship Program.
f). In case of any omission or misrepresentation, SEF will not be responsible and reserves the right to reject the application at any stage
