Sindh Universities & Boards Remains Suspended From 17th May 2021

Sindh Govt, Universities & Boards has issued the official notification of suspended from 17th May, 2021. The further details are given below;

In Continuation of this departments notification of even number dated: 27 April, 2021 and in compliance of the decision of National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) dated: 9 May 2021 and with the approval of the worthy Competent Authority, due to prevailing conditions of Covid-19 Pandemic the following directions are conveyed for strict compliance.

  1. Physical classes of all the public and private sector Universities, Boards, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource and Research Development Board (BBSHRRDB) and Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA) functioning under the Administrative control of Universities and Boards Department, Govt. of Sindh, shall remain suspended with effect from 17th May to 23″ May, 2021.
  2. The Teaching faculties will carry on online classes / activities to save the loss of academic time of students.
  3. The Head of the attached departments may call essentially required staff with strict COVID-19 pandemic SOPs to assist in official assignments on need basis with minimum strength.

In addition to this the instructions conveyed through Notification No.SO(CTC) SGA&CD Circular 2020. dated: 16th April, 2021 issued by SGA&CD. Govt. of Sindh, Karachi and Home Department. Government of Sindh vide Order No. SOJI 8-1(04)2020(Stage-3-NPIs), dated: 26 April. 2021. Shall strictly be complied in letter & spirit.
