Sindh Indigenous and Traditional Crafts Company (SITCO) will hold a Crafts Carnival in April/May 2023 for three days at the Sindh Museum, Hyderabad. Skilled and enthusiastic artisans from Pakistan are invited to take part in the event, they may register through SITCO’s website and Facebook page latest by March 25th, 2023.
Crafts Festival 2023 SITCO
The goal of this event is to promote and support artisans affected by floods, and master craft persons. It will include unique elements such as:
- Free Stalls for Artisans
- Live demonstration of Artisan’s Work
- Food Stalls
- Other Activity Programs
- Folk Dances and Folk Music
- Discussion and Documentation, etc
- Genuine artists – no middle person
Selected artisans will be provided with travel expenses and accommodation by SITCO. SITCO retains the right to select the artisans.
