Chief Minister Punjab once again has taken the appreciable step of launching solar energy project for students in top 10 universities of Pakistan. A landmark decision of Punjab Govt to convert the Public Sector universities to Solar Energy under the Energy Service Company (ESCO) Model. The official date for announcement of the solarization project is Monday, 21st December, 2020.
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے ایک بار پھر پاکستان کی ٹاپ 10 یونیورسٹیوں میں طلبا کے لئے شمسی توانائی کے منصوبے کے آغاز کے لئے قابل ستائش اقدام اٹھایا ہے۔ پنجاب حکومت کا عوامی خدمت کی یونیورسٹیوں کو انرجی سروس کمپنی (ای ایس سی او) ماڈل کے تحت شمسی توانائی میں تبدیل کرنے کا ایک اہم فیصلہ۔ سولرائزیشن منصوبے کے اعلان کی سرکاری تاریخ پیر ، 21 دسمبر ، 2020 ہے۔
Solar Energy Project in Universities of Punjab 2021
MOU signing ceremony for solarization of 10 public sector universities on ESCO model will be held today. The ESCO model provides for total potential 60 Mega Watts with Rs. 1 Billion annual saving and Rs. 25 Billion saving for next 25 years.
